#b#Old B-MS Campus Coming to Market#/b#
For rent: one large corporate campus. The 650,000 square-foot former Bristol-Myers Squibb campus on Scudders Mill Road, owned by AVG Partners is now looking for a new tenant.
Cushman & Wakefield, based in East Rutherford, is the leasing agent for the property. BMS is moving its headquarters to a new campus on Princeton Pike in Lawrenceville now under construction and expected to be completed in late 2016.
The old, 106-acre campus boasts three 5-story office buildings, and boasts such amenities as a media studio, an auditorium, a cafeteria, a fitness center, a data processing center, a day care facility, and a barber shop.
“This corporate campus was custom built to the highest standards and has been well managed and well maintained throughout Bristol-Myers Squibb’s occupancy,” said Charles Hatfield of C&W. “Its forward-thinking design included an exit strategy that easily facilitates its repurposing for multi-tenant use as the case may be.”

The new owners of the Princeton South Corporate Center on Pennington Road in Ewing have kept Mercer Oak Realty on board as leasing agent.
According to county records, the 277,000 square-foot office complex was sold at the end of March to a company called “Princeton Office Center LLC.” Mercer Oak Realty said the buyers were a group of investors who wanted to remain anonymous. (See U.S. 1, April 8, 2015)
“We feel very strongly about what PrincetonSouth has to offer. We were involved with the sale of the land to the developer and original owner, Founders Properties in 2006 and brokered the sale of the project to Rubenstein Partners in 2011. Since we have been exclusive leasing agents we have leased over 259,000 square-foot in buildings 100 & 200 alone, and another 363,000 square-foot in the park in Build-to-Suit projects.” explains Aubrey Haines, CEO of Mercer Oak Realty. “This location is optimal- the I-95 corridor is a destination for companies with work forces in both NJ & PA and the quality of the buildings are outstanding.”
The property, located at 100 & 200 Princeton South Corporate Center, is 86 percent leased. The PrincetonSouth campus is composed of the multi-tenanted 100 & 200 buildings, Church & Dwight’s 250,000 square-foot HQ, FMC’s 112,500 square-foot research and development campus, and two proposed build-to-suit sites for up to 350,000 square feet), and a retail/restaurant pad site.

Previously, Oncobiologics’ in-house clinical manufacturing facility was constructed and validated in less than six months. The new Cranbury facility can be rapidly replicated in the future, the company said.
“The completion of our Biologics Manufacturing Center is a watershed achievement for Oncobiologics, representing the final piece of the BioSymphony business model that we have assembled over the past three years.” said Scott Gangloff, Oncobiologics’ senior vice president of development and manufacturing.
The new commercial 2000-L facility has been used to manufacture ONS-3010, a Humirar/adalimumab biosimilar candidate, for use in an upcoming Phase III clinical trial.
