Unio Capital, an asset management firm, has moved into an office in Carnegie Center. The New York-based company is led by John Allison, a 1972 graduate of Princeton University with two masters degrees from Columbia. Before founding Unio in 2012, Allison was CEO of WP Stewart Asset Management.

Allison began his career as an institutional investment portfolio manager at Morgan Stanley Asset Management, where he managed emerging growth equities and large-cap balanced accounts for sovereign wealth funds and institutions. He later purchased and developed a high net-worth individual money management firm, Auchincloss & Lawrence, before merging it with WP Stewart.

The organization was founded in 1999 by Terry Tucker, a nurse. Its mission is to educate women and their families about healthy lifestyles. The 100-member organization is sharing space with Crested Crane Solutions and Angelic Touch Massage at its new location.

Heart to Hearts offers classes in yoga, massage therapy, nutrition, vitamins, meditation, and stress management.

Online market research agency YouGov Polymetrix has moved to American Metro Center from Lenox Drive, and removed the “Polymetrix” part of its name and is now known as YouGov. The company is based in London.

“We moved because we had an opportunity to lease more functional space for our team, one which had the added benefit of being located closer to the Hamilton train station than our previous office,” said YouGov spokesman Devon Jaffier.

Dorothea Potts, 93, on February 7. She was the owner of Rujim, Inc., the company that built the Princeton Service Center in the late 1960s at 3490 Route 1. It is thought to be the first multi-building office park in the Princeton-Route 1 corridor.
