Dr. Edward Feldman, a chiropractor in Kingston, has just returned from completing a 345-hour, post-graduate training program in advanced clinical nutrition.
Nutrition Response Testing is used by thousands of health practitioners of all types and specialties across the United States.
“I found the training to be invaluable for my ability to help clients who are experiencing challenges such as digestive disorders, diabetes, obesity, autism, and learning difficulties. They are regularly improving, and it is very gratifying,” Dr. Feldman said.
Nutrition Response Testing was developed by Dr. Freddie Ulan, a chiropractor and National Board Certified Clinical Nutritionist, after tens of thousands of hours of clinical experience in his highly successful practice in upstate New York.
“Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive method of analyzing the body to determine the actual root causes of health conditions,” Ulan said. “It assists the practitioner to determine the patient’s nutritional deficiency or imbalance so it can be corrected. And that pinpointed deficiency is often the root cause of the problem. Nutrition Response Testing is quick, non-invasive, inexpensive, and painless.”
Nutrition Response Testing practitioners also provide nutritional dietary advice. Feldman will work with patients to make some specific changes to diet, eating habits, and routines to bring about the best possible results.
These deficiencies or imbalances lead to a breakdown in resistance or immunity and a loss of the ability to cope with environmental stresses (chemical, bacterial, or otherwise).
“Many people we see in our practice have eaten themselves into their current state of ill-health, to one degree or another,” he said.
“The good news is that it is possible to reverse the process. And my patients are very appreciative of the fact that we have a very effective system of monitoring their progress at each visit,” he said.
