Charles Warner Daves, 78, on May 2. One of the first African-Americans recruited to do test development at ETS, he was an executive with the company for 30 years. After retiring he edited the memoir “Black In Two Worlds: A Personal Perspective On Higher Education,” by Carl A. Fields, who was the first African-American administrator at Princeton University.
