Robert Apgar, 62, on September 30. He was a sales account executive for National Waste Disposal in Hamilton.

Robert J. Buda, 79, on September 27. He was a professional civil engineer and was employed as the Lawrence Township engineer until 1985 when he began his own company, Robert Buda Associates, where he worked until his death.

Robert Budge, 59, on September 25. He was a clinical psychologist who had a private practice in Robbinsville, and wrote numerous professional articles and a book, “The New Financial Advisor.”

Barbara A. Carpenter, 80, on September 27. Together with her husband, Rex, she owned Camelot Kitchens in Pennington for more than 30 years.

Joseph Kowalski, 78, on September 26. He held several positions at Johnson & Johnson before founding his own company, Capitol Management Consulting, in 1984 and retiring in 2009.
