Innophos Holdings, a producer of specialty phosphate products for the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, oral care and industrial end markets, will repurchase as much as $50 million in common stock. According to the company, the timing of repurchases and the exact number of shares will depend on market conditions, but a five-year time limit has been set for the buy-back. As of July 31 the company reported 21.7 million shares of common stock outstanding.

Joseph Mackin, 82, on August 30. He worked for decades at RCA Astro-Electronics in Princeton, where he helped develop satellites for NASA.
Marilyn Schipp on August 29. She was the director of pastoral care for the Diocese of Trenton.
Stuart Schwartz, 72, on August 27. He was a professor emeritus of electrical engineering at Princeton University. During his tenure as chair in the 1980s and ’90s the department instituted a computer engineering program and established a major advanced technology center in photonics and opto-electronics materials (POEM).
Peggy Siebens, 87, on July 28. A longtime worker for the U.S. Department of State, she also worked for the Gallup Organization and at Educational Development Services, before starting a career as a real estate agent and regional office manager in the Princeton area.
