Victory Packaging has signed a 309,000 square-foot, 10-year renewal at a Heller industrial facility in South Brunswick. Victory, which uses the space to store and distribute corrugated cartons and materials for the moving industry, has been at Heller since the early 1990s.

On July 21 Celsion, a developer of cancer treatments using focused heat energy in combination with heat-activated drug delivery systems, signed a 10,870-square-foot, 66-month lease at 997 Lenox Drive. The site will serve as the company’s new corporate headquarters, which currently is in Columbia, Maryland.

According to Celsion, which will move into Lenox Drive before October, the company signed a $1.4 million lease for a place to house its research, clinical development, and administrative operations, and to accommodate future expansions.

Celsion is moving to Lenox Drive to be near Princeton’s pharma hub. Michael Tardugno, Celsion’s president and CEO, said the move “underscores our commitment to long-term growth.”

Mack-Cali, which owns 400 Alexander Park, 5 Vaughn Drive, Hamilton’s Horizon Center, 103 Carnegie Center, 3 Independence Way, and 100 Overlook, has leased 501,000 square feet of office properties in northern and central New Jersey during the second quarter.

The leases include CoreLab Partners, a provider of medical image assessment and cardiac safety services, which signed on for 58,807 square feet at Princeton Overlook. The deal brings the 149,600-square-foot office building to full occupancy. Jane Moni and Lori Gaffney of Triad Partners represented the tenant. Mack-Cali was represented in-house by John O’Hearn and Erin Moran, both directors of leasing.

Commercial Properties Network has engineered three recent lease signings, the most prominent being the 30,000-square-foot, five-year lease signed by Digital Dog Direct (formerly SHM Mailers) at 200 Ludlow Drive in Ewing (see story below). Commercial Property Network represented both parties.

The firm also represented Aestus Therapeutics, a developer of drugs for nervous system disorders, in its move from the Technology Center of New Jersey in North Brunswick to 104 Windsor Center Drive in East Windsor. Aestus signed a five-year lease for 3,700 square feet on Windsor Drive. Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord in the deal.

The firm also signed Tandem Wealth Advisors, an Arizona firm specializing in customized financial services and investment counsel for high-net-worth clients, in its own building at 29 Emmons Drive. Tandem will operate in 750 square feet there.
