For nearly two years Cargot Brasserie, located in the heart of the McCarter Theater/Lewis Center cultural enclave on Princeton’s campus, has served as the go-to gathering place. Along with its sister venue, the Dinky Bar, Cargot was developed to help transform the west side of campus into a new cultural, social and dining destination. Local residents, students, theater-goers and visitors will find this area an exciting locale. The brasserie offers a setting that is designed to be vibrant, while also being familiar and relaxed.
