Brick Farm Market. Our online Easter catering menu features delicious goodies for all your holiday needs: locally raised pastured meats, sides, sweets, breads, appetizers and more. Visit the website and place your order online or talk to our staff in person about your catering order. Need a hostess gift? Pick up an embroidered Brick Farm hand towel or soap custom-made for us in NJ from local products right off the farm.

The Market will also be hosting a signature event on Thursday, April 11: the Back to Basics Cheese Class from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Sample a hearty selection of our favorites, while Cheese Manager, Jose Rodriguez, discusses varieties and answers your questions on everything ranging from milks used, cheese-making techniques, age times, regions and more. BYOB and enjoy! Register online for this fun evening.

Check the website or sign up for our newsletter to stay tuned for market dinners, specials and our “Dead End” events as we slog through the closure on Route 518. Stop in anytime for gourmet cheeses, bakery items made in house, charcuterie cured from local meats, made-to-order juice, barista coffee, custom meat cuts and a number of seasonal prepared foods, produce and grocery items. And for your special event, we pride ourselves on creating the perfect catered offering for your guests.

Brick Farm Tavern. We are celebrating Easter with a totally unique take on the Easter roast. The Tavern is partnering with The Swell Party to present an a la carte menu featuring fire roasted Double Brook Farm lamb, heritage pork and Freedom Ranger chicken. In addition, we will have traditional brunch and savory entrees as well as our full list of cocktails, beers and wine. All roasting to be done outside over an open fire during the Easter dining service. Easter seatings taken from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Reservations suggested.

The Tavern shines this spring with many more opportunities to celebrate local food, family and friends: our Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 12, Troon Tuesdays through April (all Troon beers on draft $2 off), Happy Hour every Tuesday through Friday from 5 to 6:30 p.m. and wine dinners. And as always, the Tavern is the best place to host your graduation party, office meeting, or other milestone event.

Red Barn Milk Co. Finally, Red Barn Milk Company in Ringoes will be opening for the season Saturday, April 13. There will be prizes, “cattle runs,” and more for families and friends to enjoy the opening of this burger and shake outpost to the Brick Farm Group. And there is something for everyone at Red Barn! Ice cream, burgers, shakes, soft serve, dogs, brats, chocolate and more. The meat comes from Double Brook Farm in Hopewell, the baked goods from Brick Farm Market and the dairy from Hun-Val Dairy Farm in Ringoes. Red Barn is situated on the same campus as the Pine Creek Mini Golf and Pine Creek Liquors — the perfect complement to a meal enjoyed at Red Barn. Look for our farmer’s markets on Saturdays next to Red Barn.
