My quest to lose weight started when I heard Oprah say she stepped on a scale that read 236 lbs. and knew she had to do something about it. So I stepped on a scale and guess what – 236 lbs. Yup…time to do something about it. I tried many diets and got temporary relief. Up, down, up, down, just live with it. Some years later weight-related diseases set in: diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol. I had to do something about it.
Then I met someone who told me about the “Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method,” a program developed and endorsed by doctors. I found a center and went from a size 20-22 to a size 14. My diabetes, hypertension, and cholesterol quickly came under control. My doctors were ecstatic, and so was I.
Having always been interested in health care, I was determined to pass this on to others. After extensive training with my regional director, Mary Erhardt, I opened my clinic, A New Ideal You, LLC. Equally important, one must experience the program before one can coach. This gives you a very personal insight to all aspects of what your clients experience.
My first client was a friend who witnessed my journey. Obesity and knee problems had him riding a Scooter and using a cane to get around. He no longer needs either. A joy to my heart.
The “Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method” is a muscle sparing program in which you will not only lose weight and maintain muscle, but also receive valuable educational nutrition knowledge to help sustain your results on a long term basis. We provide weekly personalized support sessions, ongoing education, weight and measurement analysis.
There are four phases to the Ideal Protein Protocol. Phase 1 includes three Ideal Protein selections and your choice of a dinner meal. In Phase 2, there are two Ideal Protein selections and your choice of lunch and dinner. In Phase 3 there is one Ideal Protein selection for snack and your selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
What is great, this is not a for-the-rest-of-your-life program. By the freedom of Phase 4 you know how to keep the weight off.
One client went to India for three weeks. Because he was aware of the proper food choices he actually lost another five pounds.
Did you ever hear of someone going on a 14-day cruise, gaining only one pound, and enjoying herself? Education make the difference.
Ideal Protein doesn’t even fall under the category of diet. It is a lifestyle change! I certainly am a new ideal me. Let me help you become “A New Ideal You.” Call me for a personal consultation. What do you have to lose?
Check out some of my clients’ before and after photos! I am happy to report that each of these clients is maintaining their weight even after the program. Please visit our web site to learn more about their journey!
