A native of Jersey City, he went to Rutgers, Class of 1965, and graduated from Rutgers Law School. He has been a prosecutor in Hopewell Borough and West Windsor and a public defender in West Windsor. He and his wife Gloria, a substitute teacher in the East and West Windsor schools, have a daughter who is in graduate school at the University of New Hampshire.

MSG Systems, an SAP software implementation firm has moved from 2 Research Way to 1 Independence Way. The move took place earlier this month.

Founded in Munich, Germany, in 1980, MSG has more than 2,000 employees in 16 offices around the world.

iXP Corporation moved in March from 989 Lenox Drive to Cranbury Executive Center. Ten employees work here at the national headquarters and about 40 more people work at remote sites or from their homes. The phone and fax are new.

iXP provides a variety of emergency preparedness-related services to municipalities, hospitals, colleges, and public safety organizations, including police, fire, and EMS departments. Its technology includes voice radio communications, 9-1-1 telephony, mobile computing, on-scene incident command, and recording and logging of emergency calls.
